About

Founded in 2025, The Long Knuckle is a brain dumpster fire of niche insights, cultural musings, and prickly humor.

Mission

I aim to explore, question, muse, educate, and provide levity to all readers. In doing so, I hope to articulate fresh perspectives, uncover weird corners of culture, and share a laugh at the world around us.

Vision

I launched The Long Knuckle because I desired journalism that dug deeper, took risks, and read in between the lines. My dissatisfaction with the existing state of lazy, cheap-shot, low-hanging-fruit journalism led me to form the type of publication that I would be interested in reading myself.

I am keen on sustaining The Long Knuckle for the long-term and, as such, am looking for slow, consistent growth over moonshots. Some companies garner success through significant marketing/advertising, but my belief is that a great product sells itself. As such, my focus will always be the content first.

To ensure a high quality experience, I will abide by the following:

  • No comment sections
  • No AI-generated content
  • No ads, endorsements, or sponsorships
  • Only subscription-based income

Values

  • Be Honest
  • Do What's Right
  • Never Be Bound by Convention
